Brett joined dar-tech in 1991 as an instrument specialist. In 1993, he went to work for BYK-Gardner as a regional sales manager and was based in Texas and later North Carolina. Brett rejoined dar-tech in 1999, while continuing his role as regional sales manager for BYK-Gardner. Brett became the company's president in December 2012. His role within dar-tech is to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, that our principals have the most competent and connected sales team in the industries we serve, and that our team is excited about our business and equipped to handle the changes that the market presents.

Tom joined dar-tech, inc.. in March 1998. Previously, he was at Ken-Mac Metals and Improvement Catalog. He has a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Toledo. Tom's areas of focus are consistently maintaining and improving key financial measurements, as well as overseeing and improving general business operations.

Kyle re-joined dar-tech in 2019 and had originally joined the team in 2015. He brings diverse knowledge and experience from a customer’s perspective from his previous work in purchasing in the coatings industry. His sales background includes powder coatings, direct minerals, and raw material distribution. Kyle is based in Columbus, Ohio, with a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and an M.B.A. from Franklin University.

Siobhan began her career in Distribution while in college, working at a start-up company located in Haverford, PA, distributing waxes into several Industries. As that company grew, she was fortunate enough to learn all aspects of the business: Customer Service, Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics, etc. Her next step was to a large regional distributor in Conshohocken, PA, serving the CASE and Plastics markets, acquiring more skills in Inside Sales, Business Analytics, Marketing, and raw material product knowledge along the way. She began with Dar-Tech in June of 2013 in a dual Marketing & Customer Service Management role and transitioned to Outside Sales in 2018. Her goal is to be a trusted resource and problem solver for her customers. Her territory is Northeast OH.

She has over seven years of experience in customer service, including five and a half years as a Body Shop Customer Service Representative, Service Advisor, and Cashier. She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As part of her ongoing development, Katie is expanding her knowledge base and skillset by transitioning into an inside sales representative role. This new position allows her to leverage her existing expertise while gaining valuable experience in direct customer engagement and sales strategies.
